About Me

Jen Rodgers is a board-certified Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Certified
Nutritional Health Practitioner.
She is also studying to be a Complementary Alternative
Health Practitioner (CAHP), more commonly known as a traditional naturopath.

Jen holds certifications in myofascial release, infant massage, pregnancy massage
aromatherapy, and Zyto Health Practitioner.

Jen believes our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made. Everything that we need to
heal our bodies has been given to us in the form of herbs, botanicals, homeopathic
remedies, food and water. If we just create an environment for healing in our bodies, we
really can overcome any emotional or physical issue.

Jen has seen the power of alternative and (w)holistic healing first-hand. She grew up in
a household where her mother cooked everything from scratch —with ingredients mostly
grown in their own garden— and a father who was a chiropractor.

Jen seeks to do the same for her patients so that they can stop suffering and start to
live life abundantly.

When not at work, Jen is busy raising three teenagers. It’s probably no surprise that Jen
and her family are outdoor people: they enjoy boating, kayaking, stand-up
paddleboarding, hiking, skiing, and living so close to the beach.
